Crocker & Starr Wine Dinner June 21st @ 7pm

Pam Starr has been the co-owner, manager and winemaker of Crocker & Starr since its inception in 1997 when she helped resurrect the vineyards on the Crocker Estate in St. Helena and established a winery to create world-class wines.
Join us on Tuesday, June 21st for a dinner pairing four of Pam’s wines with four courses.

First Course
Seared diver scallop, house made fettucini, red & green peppers w/ grape tomato
Paired with Crocker & Starr Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course
Veal meat balls with artichokes, Castelvetrano olives and sage
Paired with 2006 Bridesmaid Red

Third Course
Roast leg of lamb w/ white bean gratin and lamb demi
Paired with 2008 Crocker & Starr Cabernet Franc

Fourth Course
Butterflied filet of beef w/ herbs, white truffle potato croquettes, tomato confit & red wine sauce
Paired with 2006 Crocker & Starr “Stone Place” Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert
Summer berry bread pudding w/crunchy topping, cream Anglaise & Tahitian vanilla bean cream

Your $40 deposit is your reservation.
