Darioush Wine Dinner Tuesday, August 31st
Darioush is a ninety-five acre Napa Valley estate planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay and Viognier. Privately owned and founded by Darioush Khaledi in 1997, the winery focuses on limted-production “Old World” style wines featuring the signature Cabernet Sauvignon as the cornerstone of their production.

Brix [briks] (symbol °Bx): A measurement of the sugar content of grapes indicating the degree of the grapes' ripeness (meaning sugar level) at harvest. Most table-wine grapes are harvested between 21 and 25 °Bx.
