What does °BRIX mean?
Brix [briks] (symbol °Bx): A measurement of the sugar content of grapes indicating the degree of the grapes' ripeness (meaning sugar level) at harvest. Most table-wine grapes are harvested between 21 and 25 °Bx.

My mom and I were the first customers to experience Burger Night last night and, as all things Brix, was fantastic. The burgers were cooked just right, the pretzel bun was fresh and taste really enhances the burger, the fries with a hint of garlic were very tasty, and a beautiful Pilsner glass of beer to accompany the meal. It’s nice to change it up once in a while. Great job Brix – we’ll be back again soon!!
