Dear Patrons,

The novel coronavirus pandemic has caused disruption of every aspect of our daily lives, including dining out that we all enjoy so much. Throughout this unprecedented and confusing time, we have guided our decision-making by the fundamental principle that the well-being of our customers, staff, and loved ones is always our priority. We thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.

We are excited to welcome you back to BRIX and Brixology. We are happy to see each one of you again. When you look around you may notice things are a little different. We will abide by the requirements and guidelines established by the state and local public health officials. Rest assured that we will not waiver on our commitment to provide you exemplary service. 

Here are some differences you may notice upon your return. We appreciate your patience as we continue to evolve over the next several months in accordance with our governing agencies. 


Effective 06/22/2020: All customers age 10 and older are required to wear face coverings except while eating or drinking.

1. Reservation Policy

  • A hostess will be seating all parties at both BRIX and Brixology. 

  • BRIX: For inside dining, reservations are highly recommended, and we ask that dining time be limited to 90 minutes.  Our patio will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Brixology: inside dining and patio seating is first-come, first served.

  • By law, bar top seating will not be available at BRIX and Brixology.

  • Seating will be limited to parties of ten or fewer.

  • Hours of operation for BRIX and Brixology: Tuesday-Saturday 4:00pm-9:00pm


2. Sanitation

  • Employees will wear face masks and use gloves where appropriate.

  • Employees will be equipped with hand sanitizer that can be available at every table. 

  • Shared surfaces will be sanitized every 30 minutes or more frequently when possible.

  • Tables will be set a minimum of 6 feet apart and may not be moved.

  • Disposable menus and scannable QR codes for viewing our menu on your phone will be available.

  • Condiments will be available upon request only and will be single use.

  • Water available only upon request.

  • Cash will not be accepted for payment.


We made a commitment to service, health, and safety as part of our promise to you long before COVID-19 changed our world. We are proud to say that this is our commitment now and that it will always be our commitment. 


Together we will rebuild the new BRIX and Brixology.
